1. Payment Portal Display Message
Users can now input pertinent information about their payment processing and cut-off times for customers paying by ACH and credit card into the payment portal. This will help customers balance their books correctly and more efficiently while also providing the option for custom messaging to end users.
2. Single Registration Login Details
In order to save valuable time and create a more seamless customer experience, users will now only receive a single login and can register for all associated accounts.
3. Scheduling Account Hierarchy Report
Users now have the ability to generate an account hierarchy report according to a customized cadence, which can be scheduled as desired by the user. This enhancement will eliminate a manual step in the process and allow for automated reporting.
4. Applicant Detail Audit Trail
A display log to record changes and revisions to end customers' legal names and address information is now available to provide users with heightened levels of transparency and documentation of changes for reference.
5. Primary Contact for a Business Portfolio
AR users have the ability to specify a primary contact and address per business portfolio so that the system has a default contact per portfolio. All communications that originate from a specific portfolio will be signed off by the contact of that portfolio, allowing users to have a dedicated point of contact for outreach.
To enable this configuration, please reach out to your platform services specialist.
6. Selecting Preferred Payment Type
End customers using multiple payment forms in the application workflow will now be prompted to select a preferred payment method at the start of the application, allowing them to access the correct form instantly. This will minimize the time it takes to fill out an application, exponentially improving the user experience.
To enable this configuration, please reach out to your platform services specialist.
7. Search by Job Name
This search specification is a new option that allows users to pull up accounts by job name (without having to search the main account or remember the relationship). This enhancement will benefit users with a high volume of customers, as search results can often become inaccurate with a higher number of search results.
8. Personal Guarantee State vs Business Legal Address Match
For earlier fraud detection, users can now configure a scoring component to proactively flag applications from the automatic approval queue when they contain personal guarantees where the guarantor state does not match the business address state. This feature will help mitigate risk and identify fraudulent applications. Reach out to a product specialist if you are interested in heightening your security and increasing fraud detection with this configuration.
9. Customize IDM Raw Score Threshold
As a Bectran user, you will now be able to set your own IDM raw score threshold. This will allow you to control the approval threshold by raising or lowering the cutoff raw score according to your specific criteria. With this configuration, you'll be able to have more granular control over your IDM modeling instead of relying on the Bectran default scoring bands.
