- Task Console archiving
Credit requests on your task console are archived off after specified period of time. The default is 60 days for open request and 15 days for closed request. You can always access the archived request but you have to use the: By Customer or By Account Officer options:.
To reset the Archiving days to your preference, update your Credit Application rules: Account settings -- > Credit Policy -- > Credit App. Rules
- Document Management - Checklist
You can now update the Document Checklist (add/delete/update) to suit your needs at any time.
To access and update the document checklist go to: Account settings -- > Credit Policy -- > Document Mgt.
- Document Management - Extended Document Management.
You can now specify any document that you want uploaded and attached to a credit request.
With the extended document management system, you specify a credit document and you or your customers can upload and attach the document to a credit request.
To access and update the Extended Document Management system, go to: Account settings -- > Credit Policy -- > Document Mgt.
- Credit Terms set up.
You can now specify credit terms unique to your business in addition to deleting unwanted terms in the default list.
To access and update your credit terms, click on: Account settings -- > Credit Policy -- > Credit Terms.
- Ability to change/override the Credit Limit/Credit Term during approval.
The approving officer can change the credit limit and credit terms at a later time during approval.
- Credit Decision Notification.
Credit decision notice can now be sent to all the stakeholders in your company involve in the credit granting process. The stakeholders must select the Credit Decision Notification option under My Profile to receive the credit decision notice.

- Elimination of logon during approval (06/27/12)
This allows the approving officer to skip the logon page and to directly access the approval page from his/her email. In case you want to re-instate the approval logon option, you can do this under Account settings - - > Credit Policy - - > Approval Policy..
- Minimizing the level of details on the Approval Page (06/27/12)
The evaluation result detail on the approval page is now optional. The approving officer can choose to view the detailed result if desired by clicking on the show details link.

Approval signature is now cut down from 2 steps to just one step. Approving officer now decides on either approval option on the same page.
