Industry/Trade Groups Credit Information

Suppose by practice, you inquire about your customers’ credit standing from affiliate Trade/Industry Associations’ databases. This is a common practice in most industries. Bectran handles this interaction for you seamlessly with end-to-end processing from request generation to receiving and analyzing  the credit information from the association.

To set up Trade/Industry Associations for automatic credit reference processing,  go to:  Account settings - - > Organization - - > Trade Group.  

Create as many Trade Associations as needed and activate your Trade Group for automatic reference processing.

To see the status of the Trade Association reference processing, go to the  “Electronic Reference Call Status” section (Select the credit request from the Task Console and on the Credit Request review panel, click on the Credit Reference tab).
