Selective Reference Processing

By default, credit reference processing in Bectran is automated with no manual intervention.

But, supposed you don’t want to process every reference provided by your customer on the credit application because of internal business/competitive policies?  Not a problem, Bectran allows you to switch the credit reference processing mode from to “Selective Reference processing mode”.

With the Selective Reference processing mode, you decide what reference to process and of course the processing is still automated.  

To activate the Selective Reference processing mode,  go to Account settings - - > Organization - - > Business Group. Edit the primary business group and set the Selective Reference processing mode to YES.

Once activated, credit references provided by customer will be on hold on the Credit Reference tab. Click on Place Call to activate the reference processing or Cancel to cancel reference processing for a given reference.
