Typical case in point:
You have a portfolio of 500 accounts and periodically you want to be prompted to review the status of specific accounts. Your goal is to review the credit performance of an account over a period of time and qualitatively re-assess and document your findings for subsequent review periods.
The Bectran Account review feature helps you to monitor the state of your credit portfolio and notify you of accounts due for credit health check/review based on pre-determined rules. Account reviews can be scheduled either by:
1. The credit limit that the customer was given when credit was approved.
Ex: You would like to review any accounts with an extended credit line less than $20,000 every 6 months and you want to review any accounts greater than $20,000 3 months.
2. The risk classification that is determined within Bectran based on the data gathered on the customer.
Ex: Any accounts that are scored as risky based on your criteria, you would like to schedule a review every 6 months whereas any accounts deemed not very risk you would like to review annually.
The Bectran platform also has the ability to schedule credit file updates to your portfolio based on days from last review.
