To Reset Your Password:
1. On the login page click "Forgot Your Password"
2. Enter your e-mail address / user-id (Click "Verify User Id")
3. Answer your security question. (If you don't know your security question contact your administrator or Bectran support)
4. Click "Reset Your Password"
5. Check your Email (If you do not receive a response, check your spam folder, or contact your administrator or Bectran support)
Administrator Password Reset (Only Certain Users)
1. Login into your Administrator Account
2. In the top right corner click Account Settings
3. Click on User Admin
4. Locate the individual user and click on the pencil icon
5. Scroll down to "Reset User Password"
6. User will receive an email with instructions
