Your customer has submitted a credit application/request and then what?
The next steps are: credit information gatherings, credit analysis and finally credit decision/approval.
To perform any of the above steps, log on to your Bectran account and select the desired credit request in the "Task Console".
Credit information gathering: Bectran aggregates and reports the status of all credit information required to process a customer’s credit request.
Credit information includes: credit references, financial statements, credit bureau data, custom documents, Tax Exempt certificates, etc.
Credit Analysis/Evaluation: To evaluate your customer for credit worthiness click on the Evaluation tab on the credit request review panel.
Bectran evaluates and reports the detailed evaluation result with risk rating and guidelines for credit limit recommendation.
Credit Decision: Finally, to approve a credit request, click on the Set up Approval link on the Task Console and follow instruction to approve the request.
