The credit department receives notification of every credit document submitted by the customer. Credit documents receipt status are tracked and recorded for each request.
To review the status of documents for a given request, select the request from the Task Console and while in the Credit Request review panel, click on the Document/Data tab.
In the Document/Data tab, you may raise request to customer or any other party to provide credit documents. You may also upload documents directly on behalf of the customer.
