Additional Key Reports

Under Reports there are five key reports:

• Credit Reviews:  View all post decision applications along with pertinent customer detail.
  
• Apps In-Progress: Tracks the progress of received applications through evaluation to decision.  These are considered pending until credit makes a decision.
  
• Incomplete Credit Applications: Tracks the progress of applicants as they complete the credit application.  Viewable for both credit and sales users.
  
• App Links Sent: Tracks to whom, and by whom the credit applications are being sent to.  Viewable for both credit and sales users.
  
• Tax Exempt Certificates:  Track all tax certificate data points and expiration dates for certs submitted through Bectran platform.
  
• Additional reporting available on case by case basis per customer via professional services.
