With this update, users can download the original credit application that the customer submitted and view an audit log of changes that have been made by credit professionals. With documentation of the original application, you are better prepared in the event of audits and legal proceedings.

2) AR Data Scoring Enhancement - Years in Business
This feature will allow you to score and disqualify credit applications based on the date established. You will be able to use this feature with advanced custom scoring for IDM models on credit reviews and job sheets, making automated credit application processing more intuitive than ever.

3) Tooltip on abbreviated summary metrics - Additional information on hover state
This new update in the AR module will allow you to see the full accurate amount for specific metrics such as total credit limit, total net exposure, etc. This gives the user the option to view these specific metrics in their exact value, or the rounded-up value.
4) Customizable "Start New Application" option
The button to start a new credit application is now customizable. This will allow companies to change the wording on the buttons of the different applications according to their brand voice and customer needs. Custom titles for the application buttons will enable clients to more accurately describe what application their customers will be starting.

5) Updated User Deactivation Policy
With this update, users will have the power to automatically deactivate credit based on activity. If the user has not been active for 10 days, their seat in the platform will be removed. If the user has not been active for 45 days then they will be deactivated, and if there is no activity after 180 days the supplier will be deactivated.
6) Ability to Capture Business Email Addresses
An additional field has been added to the credit application. The business email field is customizable, as it can be made optional within advanced configuration. This addition will allow users to collect one more piece of contact information to allow for more efficient communication between companies and their customers.
