1) Additional D&B Scorecard Component

An indicator of an organization's financial strength is now included in the DNBi report with the newly added component: D&B Rating Classification. The Classification Rating is an alphanumeric value (2-3 characters) returned by DNB, based on an organization's Net Worth. The D&B Rating Classification can be used as a disqualifier on your auto-decision models to prevent applications/jobs from being approved if an organization is in poor financial standing.

2) Payment Portal User Export

Admin Users will now have the ability to download an Excel report of their current APAY users. This report includes key data such as customer name, user ID, activation date, user role, and account assignments. Using this report, you will be able to filter and sort users by category, which allows you to better:

• View Accounts Assigned to a User
• Analyze User Roles
• Audit Trailing: Check if and when a user has activated their account

3) Payment Portal User Roles 

Our latest update to the payment portal empowers administrators to assign specific roles to APAY users, allowing them to access either claims or payments based on their individual responsibilities. These precise access controls mean your team can focus solely on their designated tasks, ensuring compliance with your department's rules. This gives you complete control over user access and responsibilities within your organization.

4) Credit Card Surcharge Exclusion during a Discount Window

Customers making payments can now be incentivized to make early payments by waiving credit card surcharges for customers paying within a discount window set by your team. For each discount term configured, a different discount percentage and window can be set up as well.
