1) Experian Bureau Products - Special Character Error Message

Users will now be shown a more accurate error message when special characters are included in any of the Experian Commercial or Personal report searches, which ensures consistency across the entire suite for an improved user experience and accuracy. This enables users to quickly identify the cause of the error and address its root cause.

2) AR Documentation – Invoice/Account Credit Document Labels

We have implemented an enhancement to the documentation interface for AR documents. Users can now easily discern the associated invoice or account credit for a document as we have added key details (document type, file name). This update enables users to quickly and accurately identify documents related to specific invoices or account credits, streamlining the document management process.

3) Original Score Visibility on Disqualified Requests

Credit users will now have enhanced visibility into their customers' overall risk ratings, even if they are disqualified based on certain scoring criteria. Previously, when a customer met disqualification criteria, their overall risk rating automatically dropped to 0.00, hindering a holistic assessment. With this update, even disqualified customers will now display their raw overall risk rating in a tooltip, allowing credit users to consider all relevant data during the evaluation process. 

4) Additional Column for Work Queue Application Assignment within Reviews and Applications Received Reports

We have added a new column to capture the work queue user assignment on an application within the Reviews and Applications Received reports, which displays the credit user that is assigned to the request at the time the report is run. It will dynamically update to reflect the currently assigned user if any re-assignments occur during the application process.
