1) Exporting Invoices and Credits
With our latest update, users can now effortlessly export invoice and credit items associated with their customers into a single, comprehensive file. This powerful feature introduces a better UI and streamlines the management of vast quantities of data, such as open and closed invoices or active and inactive account credits into one organized export, simplifying your workflow.
2) Owner/Officer Information Bypass for Custom Organization Types
This new functionality provides the user with the option to bypass the Owner/Officer information page in the application process. Previously, this feature was limited to three specific organization types: corporation public, private, and government. Now, we've introduced a customizable option, allowing users to define their own list of business or organization types that can skip the owner/officer info page.
3) Additional Scoring Elements for Experian Premier Profile
We've upgraded the Experian Premier Profile scoring capabilities. Credit users utilizing the Experian Premier Profile can now score Total Legal Filings and the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) data elements. The integration of these scoring elements helps credit managers assess if a customer has a certain amount of Legal Filings, or if their customer is on an OFAC watch list, and incorporate this information into their scoring models. This enhancement simplifies the evaluation process, offering users a more comprehensive and consistent approach to custom scoring.
4) Polish Language Now Available for Credit and Job Sheet Applications
Users now have the option to select either Polish or Bilingual Polish as the language for their credit and job sheet applications.
5) Updated Reporting Functionality
a) Audit information such as the username, timestamp, and time period for which the report was run for is included on exported Credit and AR reports. With this update, users who save reports to a common repository such a Dropbox or Google drive, will have detailed audit exports.
b) Users can easily switch between two tabs for viewing report summaries and detailed reports. The Report Summary tab includes high-level reporting metrics (i.e. Count, Amount, and Average Risk Rating) on any applicable reports, whereas the Detailed Report tab includes more comprehensive report data. The report can be exported and scheduled from both tabs now.
