1. Internal File Notes View on Task Console
We've streamlined the workflow for credit users making it simpler to identify the status of open or pending credit applications. By clicking on the new file note icon within the task console, users can now view the notes associated with that customer, enabling quick insight into what step of the process each request is in. This enhancement boosts efficiency and saves time, making the tracking and management of credit applications more effective and user-friendly.
2. Order Hold Queue Usability Enhancements
Users now can sort and search all data in Holds and Releases using an expanded set of attributes including Failure Code, Order Hold Code/Release Code, Date, Status, Amount, Customer and Sales Order Number, and more. Additionally, the filter saves a user's search and sorting preference while they navigate away to other customer detail pages and return without the need to reapply previous search filters. The functionality records the last portfolio selection within a session and provides an option to clear stored filters if needed.
3. Invoice Details for Line-Item Claims within the Claims Management Page
This latest product enhancement simplifies the process of viewing invoices associated with line-item claims. Now, users can effortlessly view the invoice with a hyperlink that directly guides them to detailed invoice information on the claims and settlements management dashboard.
4. Additional AR Account Overview Metrics
Accounts Receivable users now will be able to view DSO and ADTP at the account level and the business group level. Users can click the " + " plus button on the account page to open a pop-up window containing all metrics on the panel and ADTP, DSO, and BPDSO.
5. Delayed Instant Decisioning Model Enhancements
This significant update enables the sequential triggering of multiple IDM models within the Delayed IDM framework, optimizing the automated credit application review process.
Previously, the process allowed for evaluating only a single IDM model after app pre-qualification, be it manual or automatic. With this enhancement, the system now advances through a series of configured IDM models in a prioritized sequence, following a "waterfall" methodology based on set pre-conditions, rating threshold, and disqualifier criteria. As an example:
A construction distributor created a sequence of nine models grouped by consumer and/or commercial bureau data, each with specified priorities and credit limit ranges. When a customer application is submitted, the system will wait until the request has been pre-qualified. Once done, delayed IDM will sequentially execute each model based on its priorities and other conditions, moving the application through all models until approval. If the application doesn't meet any set criteria, the system sends the application to a user for review.
6. Ops Unit Filters on Reports Performance Enhancement
As a part of our recent platform-wide performance enhancements, the Ops Unit filter section for report generation has been updated. To filter each report by specific operating units, each user can either search for the operating unit for selection or use the multi-select feature within the drop-down list.
