This accelerates credit report generation and enhances report summaries within Excel exports for more efficient analysis and integration into operational workflows.

2. Access to Custom Attributes Report for Sales Users
This latest update introduces a report view for sales users, allowing them to generate reports based on custom attributes from all applications. By leveraging this functionality, users can efficiently analyze customer segments on a large scale without the need to individually examine each application on the platform. This streamlined process enhances understanding of customer behaviors and preferences, facilitating more informed business decisions.
Supplier Admins can grant Sales Users access to run the Custom Attribute report in the following menu:
Account Settings → Organization → Business Group → Advanced Custom Config → Sales User Workflow
3. New Customer-level Payment Receipt(s) Report
Users will now be able to view detailed line item payment information for a customer account by receipt over a specific period. This new AR report enhancement will allow users to view and analyze multiple payment receipts at the customer level without the need to navigate each one individually within the account. It promises a streamlined review & reconciliation process, with options to group data by receipt number and summarize totals for each payment block.
Whether users are examining day-to-day transactions or conducting detailed financial reviews, they will have the flexibility to filter data by business group, individual customer (by name or account number), and date range, ensuring efficiency.
4. Account Creation Email Reference in UI
Credit users now have the additional capability to access and view the automated account creation messages that are sent to their new customers. These messages, similar to credit decision letters, can be found within the platform under the "Credit Documents and Data" section.
