1. Ability to Submit Multiple MTC/SSUTA Forms for Separate Entities
We are excited to announce an update to our MTC/SSUTA form submission process. Now, applicants can select multiple Business Groups/Entities in one application flow, allowing for the submission to be completed once and appended to multiple entities at the same time. This update allows for the generation of distinct MTC and SSUTA PDFs for each selected Business Group, streamlining the submission and document management process.
2. Additional Column for IDM Model Name in Reviews Report
We've enhanced our Reviews Report to include a new column titled "IDM MODEL." This column will display the specific IDM model used for application approvals, positioned between "Credit Decision" and "Customer Contact Name". It will appear only for applications approved via IDM, and will remain blank for others, ensuring clarity and precision in reporting.
3. New Experian Fraud Prevention Report Integration
Experian CrossCore users can now enhance their fraud prevention efforts directly within the Bectran platform. This new integration allows for a seamless workflow combining risk-based authentication, identity proofing, and fraud detection. Users can validate business information such as names, contact emails, domain and address validity, and engage in multi-point verification against Experian records, significantly reducing fraud losses across the customer lifecycle.

4. New Full Customer Enhanced API for SFTP
We're streamlining our API integration for customer profiles. The enhanced "Full Customer API" now consolidates previously separate components—portfolio mapping, payment options, and account creation into a single transmission. This update simplifies the data process, allowing for the transmission of comprehensive customer information in one step. Additionally, all additional components are optional, supporting the ability to send blank values or omit components entirely.
