1. Job Sheet IDM Additional Pre-Conditions
We’ve introduced new first level pre-conditions to our Job Sheet IDM process to enhance control over auto-approved jobs based on the factors of main account credit limits and terms. Users can configure a list of filters based on customer account data to prevent main accounts with specific credit terms from being automatically approved. These enhancements ensure effective job approval management while maintaining current functionalities.
2. Configurable Incomplete Application Link Archiving
We've introduced a configurable expiration window for incomplete applications to prevent outdated submissions and clean up reporting. The expiration can be configured based on how many days have passed since the creation of the incomplete applications. This ensures timely application processes and accurate tracking while maintaining current functionalities.

3. Holistic View of all Transactions within A/R Net Exposure
A new consolidated AR view now combines invoices and credits in one display following a line item format, linked to the Net Exposure balance. This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate multiple screens and includes an export option for total exposure. A header is also applied for a quick summary of aging buckets, total credits, invoices, and net exposure.

4. Purchase Order and Sales Order Number Additions to Full Statement Export within AR Notifications
To maintain consistency, we've introduced Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) numbers to the Account Statement export in AR emails. This ensures alignment with our current invoice list in AR notifications and provides more comprehensive data in statement exports.
