We are excited to announce a new update that enhances the aesthetics of your credit and job sheet application, modernizing its user interface without altering its functionality. Based on extensive feedback from Bectran partners and clients, we've implemented several recommendations to streamline the application process. New features include:

Fresh new look: UI theme and color update

This new update features a sleek, minimalist design that reduces clutter and focuses on guiding users through tasks with greater ease.

Increased readability and ease of use

This update introduces a two-column layout, improving information organization and readability. By dividing the screen into two side-by-side sections, users can now view related information without switching between tabs or scrolling excessively.

Easy navigation bar

Users can keep track of progress with a menu that scrolls as they complete a section.

Text box placeholders

Section text boxes include placeholders inside with the required input information needed to submit an application. An asterisk is only present when you require a field to be completed, highlighting key information for your department. 

Buttons and toggles

This update completely overhauls buttons, toggles, and selection boxes, designed to make user interactions smoother, more intuitive, and visually appealing. 

New message alerts

Warning messages, alerts, and errors are instantly highlighted through unobtrusive yet noticeable alerts, ensuring more effective communication of critical information without overwhelming the user.

Popup notices for a smoother workflow

Popups deliver a more seamless, user-friendly experience, enhancing workflow efficiency and allowing users to perform tasks without leaving their current screen.

Mobile view update

A seamless and efficient experience on the go. This update brings a host of improvements that make using our platform on mobile devices a breeze.

Application status tracking dashboard

Full visibility and control over application processes. This new dashboard design offers a cleaner, sleeker view of application statuses, making it easier to manage and track progress in real-time. You can find documents and other information in the right document bar, with action items like "start a new application" in the left bar. 

Menu update for Personal Guarantee

Personal Guarantee was removed from the Ship, Bill, and A/P info and added as a separate page to the progress bar for quick navigation and document tracking during application submission.
