1. Order Hold Management UI/Workflow Revamp
This new update enhances usability by integrating all essential functionalities from the ERP customer page into Order Hold management, allowing users to manage and release orders more efficiently on one page. The new account management tab will now include vital tasks such as credit file updates, and managing credit reviews and file notes.
2. Additional Banner Capabilities in APAY Portal
Currently, users can create custom messages on multiple pages in the APAY Portal. To extend further portal customization, the Invoice Details page will now have the option to create custom message banners to increase usability and provide options for users to highlight important updates to customer accounts.
3. Additions to User Administration API
