Auto Account Statement Enhancements
As a part of our latest update to statement functionality, users will be able to select two specific days each month when their customers will be delivered an automated account statement. This enhancement increases flexibility and customization in customer communications.

Custom Attribute Population on Email App Link
To accommodate different account types on both credit application and job sheet workflows, we have added the ability for users—both credit and sales—to pre-set attributes before sending applications to customers. These attributes can be customized, and they can be used internally as decision points for credit application automation logic.

Data Transmission Failure Email: IDP Credit, Account Hold and Claims
We have enhanced the IDP Data Transmission Error emails to provide more comprehensive details up front. Previously, these emails only alerted users to service errors and directed them to log in for further information and management. Now, users can access key error details directly within the email, including the name of the erroring service, the customer name and account number, the request ID (for credit requests), the claim ID (for claims), and the date and time of the error.
NACM Reporting: Consolidated Reports and Broad-Match Search Criteria
To make NACM reporting more dynamic, we have added two additional options, allowing users to further tailor the bureau report requests sent from the Bectran platform to generate NACM reports. The first option, Consolidated Report, gives the ability to consolidate reports across multiple NACM entities. The second option, Close Address, allows users to make search criteria less strict for automatic NACM report pulls, broadening the search results used to generate reports and potentially facilitating more automatic reporting.
