Additions of Pre-Qualification Timestamps to Reports

This update introduces the addition of a pre-qualification date and time column to the credit applications received and credit applications in progress reports. In addition to this, pre-qualified credit applications received—that are approved—will include an “Approved Amount” description, allowing credit managers to view approved credit amounts alongside the date and time of pre-qualification. This update enhances data clarity and streamlines report accuracy.

New Collections Assignment & Notification Preferences Report

To provide a holistic view of customer notification preferences within certain collection units, we are introducing a new AR report. This report will provide an overview of customer preferences for receiving notices for collections, pre-collections, auto-invoice and month-end account statements. In addition, the new report will include when changes were last made to the portfolio, collection unit assignment, and notification preferences.

Office Type Data for Creditsafe Reports

To improve user efficiency and workflow, we are introducing a new enhancement to the CreditSafe search results by adding an "Office Type" column that distinguishes between headquarters and branch locations. This will enable users to clearly distinguish office types, increasing workflow efficiency with relevant data.

New Pre-Conditions for IDM Models

For our clients to effectively automate their credit applications according to their business needs, we are enhancing the first-level pre-conditions section within IDM model configurations with the addition of “Organization Type” and “Style of Business” as customizable attributes. This will allow clients to activate organization types like Retail, Healthcare, or style of business such as manufacturer or distributor as a first-level pre-condition while configuring their IDM models.
