Additional Flexibility for IDM Waterfall Models
To meet the needs of high-volume customers, we are introducing an enhancement to the IDM configuration settings by adding an open input field for “Priority,” allowing users to input values between 0 and 999. This update replaces the current dropdown selection, which limits values to between 0 and 10. The new field options ensure users can assign more flexible priority values without affecting existing IDM models, providing a more efficient solution for managing complex IDM configurations.

Customer Level Editable Miscellaneous Data
This update provides users with the ability to edit miscellaneous data at the customer account level within the Bectran system. Data updates made in Bectran can also be synced with ERP source systems, ensuring consistency across platforms. Changes made to the miscellaneous data field within Bectran will be captured in an audit log for reference and traceability. This enhancement streamlines data management and synchronization for all users.

Configurable Surcharge Percentages/Amounts by State
To accommodate suppliers with operations across multiple regions, this update allows users to set surcharge rates according to card type and state. Users are empowered to edit and save default surcharge percentages for all 50 US states and overseas territories as well as by individual card type such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.
An audit log will also be available to track the changes made, the date and time performed, and the user who made the changes.

Additional Field in APAY Links Sent Report
To enable our customers to more quickly determine whether an account has autopay enabled, we have added an additional column to the APAY Link Sent and Customer Account Statement reports. The column will display an INACTIVE or ACTIVE reading depending on the current state of autopay at the account level. This update provides better visibility and tracking of Autopay setups, improving oversight for credit managers and AR teams.
