Collections UI Enhancements
We’re introducing a brand-new Collections Management page under individual customer accounts. This page will allow credit managers to view information such as risk classification, balance in collection and days past due. The Collections Management page includes a detailed overview of collection activity for an individual account, along with the status of scheduled collections tasks.
To view old collections activities from the previous design, please navigate to the Archived Activities menu within the Collections Management tab.
Ability to Include Miscellaneous Data on Account Statements
We’ve enhanced the Account Statement and Month-End Open Invoices functionality, giving users greater flexibility and control over the inclusion of miscellaneous invoice attributes in statements. Attributes not configured in reporting can also be selectively added to account statements, whether generated manually or automatically.
To include miscellaneous attributes in account statements, a new dropdown labeled MISC. ATTRIBIUTES is included in the PREPARE STATEMENT tab. Attributes shaded grey in the dropdown are already included in reporting and will automatically appear in statements, while unshaded attributes are selectable for inclusion as needed.

Additional Ekata Scoring Data
To enhance Ekata’s scoring and reporting capabilities, a new data point has been added to its risk report, tracking the number of days since an email domain was created. PRIMARY EMAIL DAYS SINCE DOMAIN CREATION helps reveal potentially fraudulent email addresses, providing additional security for your business against bad actors and corporate identity fraud.
Credit Review Automation Enhancements
We’ve introduced new Alerts, Trends, and Credit Review Automation Triggers to enhance monitoring and automation for static fields at the customer level, such as Average Days to Pay, Last Payment Date, Last Sale Date, and Aging Buckets. This feature enables users to configure criteria, thresholds, and time periods to track changes in these fields, initiating automated credit reviews when defined conditions are met. Users can apply computation methods, including Simple Avg, Weighted Avg, Basic Sum, and Max Value, to evaluate numeric attributes across main and job accounts. Additionally, we’ve expanded automation capabilities to include job account reviews for secured and unsecured accounts. Alerts are logged with detailed activity tracking, showing percentage changes, dates, and user actions. This functionality integrates seamlessly with the API, supports robust validation for miscellaneous data, and prevents duplicate or overlapping reviews, offering precise control over credit management and enhanced risk mitigation.
In addition to these changes, automatic credit reviews can now be triggered using only information from the parent company, child company or all information available.

Additional Experian Premier Profile Scoring Data
This update expands the information available for evaluation in the PREMIER PROFILE SCORECARD by including the following factors pulled from Experian:
- Total Tax Lien Filings
- Total Legal Filings
Custom AR Ad-Hoc Email Communications
To provide greater flexibility and control over customer communications, we have implemented a new feature, AR Custom Message Templates, that allows users to create and manage custom AR messages using dynamic variables for more flexible communication. All custom message templates created in the AR CUSTOM category allows users to define the Name, Subject, and Message while leveraging dynamic variables for personalized content. These templates can be manually sent from the account level using the new Email Custom Message option in ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TASKS. Users can select a template, designate recipients from accounts payable contacts, and add custom messages. All messages sent are logged with timestamps and recipient details in the Audit Log, ensuring transparency.
To create an AR message template, users can follow:
AR Settings > Codes and Templates > Message Templates
Once in MESSAGE TEMPLATES, users select AR CUSTOM from the category dropdown and select the ADD MESSAGE TEMPLATE button.

Credit Account/Application Uniqueness Updates
To provide a more streamlined user experience for customers filling out online electronic credit applications, we have introduced a new feature to reduce required data entry. Through a search algorithm that utilizes the Applicant Contact Information, the system will match previous applications and pre-populate information with new applications through a two-factor authentication process. This enhancement will provide end-customers with efficiency in filling out multiple credit applications while also promoting data accuracy for Credit Managers.
