New AR Home Screen

We are excited to announce a redesign of the AR home screen built to enhance efficiency and streamline your accounts receivable management efforts. The updated layout features two dedicated sections: the left panel focuses on performance metrics and activity tracking, while the right panel highlights high-priority tasks to complete for different areas of your work.   

The left section – performance metrics and activity tracking

1. AR users can easily access a Portfolio Summary and Performance Metrics section, which gives the user a snapshot of their performance against the company, as well as a summary of their activities across different AR Modules (Collections, Claims, Order Holds and Payments). 

2. All Recent Activities performed by AR users and customer accounts can also be found here, enabling quicker response times and real-time viewing of your AR operations.

The right section – risk prioritization and pending approvals

1. Users can view High-Priority Accounts at Risk and Call Follow-up Tasks, ensuring critical collections efforts remain on track. A streamlined display highlights key details, and quick navigation options allow for faster decision-making.

2. A dedicated section for Claims Pending Approval gives AR users immediate access to the most recent items requiring action, reducing delays and improving claim resolution times.

3. Users can easily review and manage Order Holds Pending Release, ensuring a smooth order release process and minimizing disruptions to customer transactions.

4. A dedicated view for Customers Pending Activation provides users with immediate access to customers awaiting payment portal activation, reducing delays and helping manage activations more efficiently.

5. Users can also review and manage Failed Payments to help identify issues quickly and streamline resolution efforts to minimize payment disruptions.

Note:

As a user, only the packages you are subscribed to will appear on the home screen. 

The new AR homepage will be introduced alongside the existing version, allowing for a seamless transition. We have moved the existing AR homepage, along with the Risk Metrics, Collections Effort, and Collection Units pages to the dashboard.
