1) Accelerated Aging
To provide greater visibility into the aging status of invoices, this update introduces a new advanced forecasting option to calculate invoice aging buckets at months-end if a customer were to make no more payments.
In addition to this forecasting capability, this feature will be integrated into collection scoring to better prioritize accounts based on projected aging, helping teams focus their efforts where payment risk is highest.

2) UI & Workflow Enhancements for Call Follow-Up Task Page
This update introduces new enhancements to the Call Follow-Up Task Page for recommending and initiating future post-call tasks. Under this panel, users can quickly select the tasks they want to set up including Dial, Send Email, Send SMS, and Send Voice Message. Once a task is selected, users can view pending and initiated tasks on the right-hand side of the page under the Selected Tasks Panel, providing greater oversight over customer touchpoints.
3) Trend Analysis in New AR Home Page
To improve data visibility for the new AR Home Page, we have introduced new UI designs to guide users in assessing trends in their DSO, Net Exposure, Total Accounts and % Current. In addition to the enhancements in data visibility, this update also brings greater clarity to AR Home Page dropdowns.
4) Pre-condition Attributes for Scoring Models
We’ve introduced a new functionality to application scoring models, where customers who don’t meet all pre-conditions have their scored and unscored data averaged, creating a more accurate risk rating.
Pre-Conditions can be configured similarly to Disqualifiers and are available on Bureau Scorecards, User Defined Models, and Bectran Default Models. This update helps credit teams evaluate customers more accurately, even when some data fails or is missing, without defaulting to a disqualification.

5) Credit Application Terms & Conditions Relocation
Your credit application Terms & Conditions now appear on the Electronic Signature page before signing, alongside a required checkbox. We’ve also updated the final application menu tab from Submit Request to Review and Submit.
To improve visibility, the Submit Request button is now available at both the top and bottom of the Review and Submit page—so users can complete the process without needing to review the entire application.
6) Ability to Print Multiple Invoice PDF Documents in AR
Users can now select multiple invoice documents to generate a single consolidated PDF for batch printing. This new multi-select option streamlines workflows and reduces the need for repetitive downloads.
7) Ability to Capture AR/Collections Email Responses from Customers
This update improves visibility into email communications by capturing delivery exceptions and all replies—automated or otherwise–to emails sent through Bectran.
Users will now be alerted if an email is undeliverable—whether it be due to an invalid address or the contact leaving the company—or if an out-of-office reply is received. Responses will be displayed in the context of the original email, giving users greater insight into message status and follow-up needs.

8) Additional Access Control Options for AR Group Role Users
To give admin users more control over task access, we’re introducing new AR role definitions. Roles like AR Communication Initiation and AR Account Payment Tasks ensure limited users can perform only what’s assigned—enhancing security and efficiency.
The AR Credit/Job Communication Initiation role gives users the ability to send credit file updates and job sheet requests, while keeping broader credit review tasks restricted.
AR Account Updates enables users to manage account reviews, set up credit and job sheet reviews, and maintain account data without access to payment or communication features.
Customer Detail now controls only visibility into the Customer Account Summary page—users will need additional roles assigned to perform any account actions.

9) Internal File Notes Reporting
We’re introducing a new report, Internal File Notes, allowing users to export customer-level internal file notes in bulk.
Users can filter by business group, date range, note category, and account, ensuring efficient analysis. This report will be available under the Credit Reports tab.
10) Credit Review Automation UI & Email Enhancements
To provide greater transparency into automated credit decisions, this update introduces a new Review Triggers tab on the Credit Request page. This tab captures the exact data Bectran evaluated during review, offering users full visibility into the inputs and conditions that triggered the system’s decision.
This enhancement gives credit teams a clearer context for automated reviews and supports more informed follow-up actions.
