Introducing Bectran UI 5.0

Home Screen

The Home Screen has been revamped to highlight user-specific details at login, giving every user a custom view of the information that matters to them. You can now see your assigned requests and key performance metrics directly upon log in.

Group/Personal Performance

This new section shows the average days to decision[approve/decline] a request for both the individual user and the group[credit department]. This section also reports the monthly comparative results over the last 6 months.

Pending Approvals

This section shows applications assigned to the user that are awaiting approval. The number indicates how many days have elapsed since the application was set up for approval.

Pending Reviews 

If pre-approval review is turned on, this section shows applications assigned to the user that are awaiting review. The number indicates how many days have elapsed since the application was set up for review.

My Open Queues 

If operations management package is enabled, this section shows applications assigned to the user work queue that are awaiting decision. The number indicates how many days have elapsed since the application was assigned to the work queue.

If operations management package is not enabled, this section shows applications assigned to the user business group [credit department] that are awaiting decision.

Recent Activities

All activities performed by the logged in user will now be visible under this section. This activities log is timestamped and linked to referenced applications and/or accounts.

Task Console

The Task Console UI has been enhanced, but current functionality and workflow is unchanged. Requests can be sorted, filtered, and viewed from this page.

Mobile Responsiveness

The UI has also been enhanced to support access and rendering on any mobile device. You will be able to login to Bectran using a mobile device and execute the same actions as you would on a laptop.
