Features/Enhancements:
1. Credit users now have the option to enter a paper Credit Application into Bectran and allow the Round Robin Ops Routing assignment in place to designate the appropriate credit user, instead of assigning the application to the logged-in user
To enable this configuration for applications:

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Operations Mgt > Edit
-
Choose “MANAGER-UNIT-MAP-PAPER-APP” under Work Queue Method
-
Paper Applications will now be routed using the Ops Unit Routing Specified at the User Level.
2. Reference emails can now be initiated from the assigned credit user, instead of a single Business Group Contact.
To enable this configuration for applications:

Navigate to Organization > Business Group > Advanced Config
-
Choose “Reference Form/Reference Checks” Under Select Config Category
-
Switch “Reference Emails from Assigned Credit User” to YES
3. The Invoice Line Item Limit has been increased from 10,000 items to 20,000 items.
This enhancement does not require any configuration.
4. AR users now have the ability to allow/disallow invoice creation at the customer account level.
This configuration allows AR users to create invoices within Bectran. Please enable this feature only if you wish to make Bectran the source of invoice creation.
To enable this configuration

Navigate to Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy

Switch “Enable Invoice Creation” to YES
-
AR Managers will now see the option to create invoices at the customer account level
-
Once all invoice details are inputted, click “Submit Invoice” to add it to the customer account
5. Users utilizing the Job Sheet Module now have the ability to require bonding information on relevant Job Sheets, along with other enhancements.
As part of this feature, users are now able to:

Require Bond # and Address on Job Sheets
-
Require Bond Document Upload on Job Sheets
-
Remove Contract Terms from Job Sheets
To enable this configuration for Job Sheets:

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Job Sheet (Page 1)

To make Bond information required, switch “Make Bond Information Required” to YES
-
To make Bond document upload required, switch “Make Bond Document Upload Required” to YES
-
To Exclude contract terms from Job Sheet, switch “Exclude Contract Terms from Form” to YES
6. Credit users utilizing the Auto Decision Manager (IDM) feature now have the ability to build decision models that include Ops Units and/or portfolio assignments as pre-conditions.
To enable this configuration for applications:

Navigate to Settings > Credit Policy > IDM > ADD IDM
-
Choose “Portfolios” or “Locations” (NOTE: The Ops Unit dropdown will be named based on your configuration. This will be different for each business group (if applicable))
