1) New Call Follow Up Data Additions
This update introduces a new column, labeled 'Net Past Due,' to the Call Follow Up page. This column takes the total past due for each Invoice/Account and deducts their assigned credits, providing collections officers with a more accurate calculation of exposed risk.
2) Ability to Redirect Credit Applications to the Proper Signatory
We have introduced an intuitive authorized signatory workflow to our credit applications, allowing applicants to forward their applications via email to an authorized signatory for completion. This new workflow can be enabled by following:
Account Settings > Organization > Business Groups > Advanced Custom Config > “Enable Enhanced Authorized Signatory Flow”
3) New Credit Reference Scoring & Data Collection Capabilities
New updates to the Credit Reference Questionnaire, visible to references listed on applications, introduce more questions and the ability to choose which questions appear in the questionnaire. New questions include “Average Days to Pay”, “Do you call for payments?”, and “Are you asked to hold checks?” These improvements to the Credit Reference Questionnaire provide our users with the necessary information to make more informed decisions about applicants.
For assistance with configuration of these additions, please reach out to your Platform Services representative.
4) Additional Scoring Elements for Collections
Three new scoring elements have been added to AR History and Collections models: Credit Limit Utilization %, Days Since Last Payment, and Days Since Last Purchase. Each follows a 5-point scale and will not affect existing models unless manually enabled and weighted. Credit Limit Utilization uses exposure vs. credit limit, while the other two track customer activity recency.
5) Consolidated View Child Account Panel Enhancements
When in Consolidated View at the 01 or 02 Account Level, the job/project panel now appears in a dedicated tab on the left-hand menu, titled “Hierarchy View”. Here, users can search by account name or number, sort by fields like credit limit, balance, or rating, and then filter using the same options available in the ERP Account Summary. Summary metrics can still be clicked to view detailed breakdowns.
6) Request and Store Authorization for Process Payment Methods
AR users can now request customer authorization to save and reuse payment methods via Process Payments. A new checkbox in the Process Payments menu triggers an authorization email to the selected APAY contact, where the customer can provide their authorization to utilize the method for recurring payments.
