1) Processing Payments with Previously Saved Payment Methods
We’ve added a new configuration option to give your team more control and flexibility over how saved supplier payment methods are used.
From the “Process Payments Policy” settings, admins can set whether previously stored payment methods in APAY require customer re-authorization before being used in processing payments. By default, authorization is required, but this can be adjusted to fit your team's workflow and risk preferences. This update helps streamline payment processing while maintaining the security and efficiency of your company’s needs.

2) New Pre-Collections Strategy Pre-Condition
To provide users with additional pre-collections notice capabilities, we’re introducing a new precondition under the “Pre-Collection Strategies” section titled “Sum of Invoice Balance”. This triggers a notice to customers when the sum of their invoice balances coming due within a certain number of days exceeds a set dollar amount.
This update enables a more proactive approach to settling large invoice balances prior to their due date and assists collections in prioritizing high-risk accounts.

3) Utilization of Dynamic Variables in Custom Forms
This new update introduces dynamic variables in Custom Forms, just like in Signable Documents. This means when creating or editing a form under Account Settings → Forms Management → Form Definitions → Add Section, you can insert variables such as Today’s Date, Customer Name, Customer City, etc. into HTML-configured fields like headers or footers and they will automatically populate with real-time customer data when the form is used.
This brings consistency across form types, eliminates manual data entry, and ensures your forms are always up to date with the correct information. All dynamic variables currently supported in Signable Documents are now fully supported in Custom Forms.
4) Canadian Tax-Exempt Certificate Updates
To better support Canadian credit applications, the PST Exemption Certificate will automatically appear as the default certificate option when an applicant selects Canada as their country in the Tax Exempt section.
This ensures Canadian businesses see the correct certificate option during the application process, eliminating confusion and streamlining compliance.
5) Ability to Redirect Customers to Source Sites for APAY IDP SSO
We’ve added a new configuration to improve the logout experience for users accessing APAY through IDP-initiated SSO.
To create a smoother and more secure user experience, customers can now be redirected to the company portal after logging out, instead of the standard APAY log-in screen (Default). This keeps users within your ecosystem and creates a consistent login/ logout experience aligned with your organization’s authentication flow.
Administrators can set a custom Logout Redirect URL within the SSO Service Configuration Menu.

6) New Collections Management View for My Accounts
The My Accounts page has been reconfigured into a more actionable, collections-focused workspace, designed to help collectors work smarter and prioritize more effectively.
The new layout introduces tabs by risk level, making it easier to prioritize follow-ups and a progress tracker to monitor activity.
7) Invite Only Application Links
To enhance control over who can access and submit credit applications, we've introduced a new option “Dynamic Application Link Only.” When enabled, this setting disables the static, publicly accessible application link while still allowing teams to send application links via email — preserving the ability to share secure, customer-specific links.
This new configuration helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures only invited applicants can submit requests.
Admins can activate this option under Account Settings → Organization → Company Details → Client Preferences, titled “Dynamic Application Link Only”.
