Features/Enhancements:
1. Credit users are now able to make Phone Numbers and Emails required on their company’s Job Sheets.

Navigate to Account Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Click Job Sheet “Page 1”

For each Customer Role checked in the UI, you will now see the Email and Phone Number marked as mandatory on the Job Sheet.
2. AR users can now allow customers to apply their account credits toward unpaid invoices within the Payment Portal.
To configure this setting in your account:

Navigate to Account Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy > Enable Account Credits for Payments “YES”
Customer view in the Payment Portal:

Make a payment to an invoice > Choose “Account Credits Based Payment?” - YES
3. AR users now have the option to automatically update Payment Portal customer contacts via integration.

Navigate to Reports > Tax Exempt/Resale > Report Type choose “Advanced”

Job Sheet Information (if applicable)
6. Credit users are now able to configure a custom Bond Document tooltip message for Job Sheets.
To configure this tooltip message:

Navigate to Account Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Job Sheet Page 1 > Select Review/Edit for “Bond Document Tooltip”

7. Credit users can now create a custom label for Job Sheet Contract Terms.
To configure this custom label:

Navigate to Account Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Job Sheet Page 1 > Select Review/Edit for “Contract Terms”

8. Credit users can now edit the Custom Titles for Customer Roles within the Job Sheet.
To edit the custom titles for Customer Roles:

Navigate to Account Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Job Sheet Page 1 > Customer Role > “Review/Edit” > Specify your desired Customer Roles

9. Credit users can now configure delayed trigger criteria using custom attributes (customer-facing page 2 fields or internal fields) within the IDM configuration.
To configure the Custom Attribute for IDM consideration:

Navigate to Account Settings > Organization > Custom Attributes > Select an attribute group > Ensure the attribute has “Include in IDM” - YES

Ensure the attributes are assigned to the application under:
-
Custom Credit App > Page 2 > Select your attribute group and click “Assign”

To configure the IDM Model to include the delayed attribute:

Navigate to Account Settings > Credit Policy > IDM > Add/Edit Model > Ensure - Delayed Input Process [ERP data] = “YES”

Ensure Include in Model = YES
