1. Automatic Pre-Qualification Based on Days Range
Users can now set a date range to automatically Pre-Qualify credit applications. This will automatically send applications to the credit department if not automatically pre-qualified in the specified time period.
Navigation: Account Settings > Organization> Business Group > Advanced Config > Pre-Qualifications Config
Users can view the status of pre-qualified applications on the credit request page. The date and time that the app was qualified will also be displayed here.
To see pre-qualifications: Task Console > Credit Request
2. Enable Aging for Negative Invoices
A/R users can now choose to include negative invoices in the invoice aging at the group, portfolio, and account level. This will allow users to include overpaid and other negative invoices in the overall aging. After activation, negative invoices will appear as open invoices rather than closed.
Navigation: Account Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy > Enable Negative Invoice Aging
Negative invoices can be recognized as open and then factored into the aging buckets.
3. Independent Aging for Account Credits
A/R users can now view the aging for Account Credits based on the due date so that they can track the expiration of promotions or store credits. If an account credit has no Due Date, A/C credit aging is calculated off of the Transaction Date.
Navigation: Home > My Accounts > ERP Customer A/C > Account Credit
4. Combining Account Credits and Invoice Aging
With this feature, A/R users can now combine invoice and account credit aging, which will allow them to view all aging in one view. Users can drill down and filter by invoices or account credits to get a more detailed view.
To configure: Account Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy > Switch flag "Combine Invoice and Account Credit Aging" to Yes
5. Ability to Search, Sort, and Filter on the Account Credits Screen
A/R users are now able to search, sort, and filter through all account credits at the customer level. This will allow users to quickly find specific transactions and review the overall status summary of account credits.
Navigation: AR Mgt. > Home > ERP Customer A/C > Account Credit
6. Adding Surety Agent Name and Phone Number on the Job Sheet
Users can now capture both the name and the phone number of the issuing surety agent on the job sheet. These fields are next to Surety Name and are defaulted to be required, although this can be turned off by the user.
To enable/disable: Account Settings > Organization > Custom Credit App > Job Sheet Page 1 > Include Surety Agent Contact Info
In Job Sheet Workflow (customer-facing)
Post Submission (Credit Management View)
7. Add Sales Rep to Weekly Sales Management Report
Sales users (Ops-Managers, Customer Service, and Management User Roles) can now view the assigned sales rep on the weekly Sales Management Report.
To view this on Weekly Reports, users must have the following option selected.
Navigation: Account Settings > User Administration > Sales Users
8. Inbound Schema Changes
Bectran has updated the Inbound Credit schemas by adding an additional information section and increasing the field size for designated fields (outlined below). Going forward, any new fields will be added as part of the additional information section, so that schema changes have less of an impact on our global customer base.
Detailed Changes are as follows:
1. The length has increased for the below fields to accomodate for larger inputs and configurations:
- contact-person-title(basic-info-type)
- opsUnitName(operations-unit-info-type)
- value (page2-entry)
- valueCode (page2-entry)
- termRequestedCode(credit-request-info-type)
- termRequestedDescription(credit-request-info-type)
- plannedPurchase(credit-request-info-type)
2. Additional Info section has been added. This section will be used to add additional fields in future releases. Currently, the following fields have been added to this section:
- Personal Guarantee (YES or NO) - Not available on Job Sheet Data API
- Terms Adjustment Identifier
- Surety Agent Details (For Job Sheets only)
