1. Added PIN# to Owner/Officer Section
Users can now add a free form text field to the Owner/Officer section of their credit application. This allows the capture of a PIN# from international credit applicants but can be customized to include any other information that needs to be collected.
To Configure: Account Settings > Credit Policy > PG/Owner Officer
2. Ability to Prepopulate the DUNS Number Field for Credit Application Initiation API
Users can now prepopulate the DUNS (Dun & Bradstreet) number field when initiating credit applications through the Credit Application Initiation API. If you currently store the DUNS Number at the customer level and would like to prepopulate this data for your customers, please reach out to your Bectran representative.

3. Aging Negative Invoices and Account Credits
For customers who enabled the feature to combine invoice and account credit aging, AR users can now filter by account credits and invoices. This will allow users to quickly look at account credits and invoices within the same aging buckets.
Navigation: Home > ERP Customer A/C > Select any aging bucket
4. Added a Calculator for Financial Statements Attributes
Users now have access to a calculator for every attribute within the financial statements section.
To add a new financial statement: Select a Credit Request from Task Console > Credit Document/Data
To access calculator: Select a Credit Request from Task Console > Credit Document/Data > Enter Financial Statements
5. Custom Label Option for Credit Application
Credit users now have the ability to apply a custom label to their Credit Application to change the name of the Credit Application.
To change the configuration: Organization > Business Group > Credit App Rules > "Update" > Switch "Use Custom Label" to YES

6. Paper Application to be recognized in IDM Models
Paper applications and paper job sheets are now recognized and accepted as part of the IDM models for request automation. To find out more about automating your credit or job sheet approvals, please reach out to your Bectran representative.
To add an IDM Model including Paper Apps/Paper Job Sheets: Account Settings > IDM > Add IDM > Choose Request Type

7. Trade Reference - Enable Custom Outstanding Balance and Past Due Selection
Credit users can configure custom outstanding balance and past due selection on trade reference forms. Enabling this will give the user the option to select the balance from pre-configured bands, instead of a free form text field to simplify selecting the balance range for the user.
Navigation: Log Request > *Desired Form Type* > *Trade Reference Section*
To configure: Account Settings > Organization > Business Group > Advanced Configuration > Select Reference Form/Reference Checks from drop down

8. Foreign Exchange Rate Decimal Extension on Financial Statements
Users entering the foreign exchange rate in the financial statements section can now enter up to 8 digits in the decimal field, an extension from the previous character limit of 2 decimals.
