1. New Combined Experian Premier/ Experian Business Owner Profile Report
Credit users can now pull the Experian Premier Profile and the Experian Business Owner Report into a consolidated report. This is a new product offered by Experian. To access this product, users will need an Experian subscription.
To Configure: Credit Bureau Subscription > Subscribe to Credit Bureau Service
Enter access information. BOP Attributes will be pulled based on the Owner Type Selection
2. Ability to Disable Message Templates
Credit users can now suspend automatic email communications for specific message templates.
Navigation: Settings > Application Links & Message Templates > Message Template
3. Credit & Job Term Data API
Users can now send credit term & job term code and description through a standalone Credit Term API or as part of the Customer Full Data API. This automates credit term and job term selection for faster processing. Users can automatically approve jobs based on the specified terms.

The Credit/Job Term sent through the API must reference the term code configured in Credit Policy > Terms

4. Task Console Sorting Enhancement
Credit users can now sort the task console by the sales/credit pre-qualification date so that the applications show up in the order that they have been pre-qualified. This feature is only available for customers who have sales/credit pre-qualification enabled.
5. Ability to use Account credits with CC/ACH Payment in Payment Portal
Payment portal users can now combine account credits with CC/ACH to make payments.
Navigation: Payment Portal > Pay Invoice(s)
Select Account Credit Balance and enter the amount of account credits to be utilized. (Payment method will automatically populate to cover the remainder of invoice)
To configure: Account Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy
6. Ability to Choose Individual Account Credits for Payment
Payment portal users can choose which individual credits to apply to payment, providing greater control over payment reconciliation.
Navigation: Payment Portal > Pay Invoice(s)
Select Your Account Credit Balance
Select the individual account credits to be applied to the payment and denote the amount to be utilized.
To configure: Settings > AR Settings > AR Policy
7. Instant Decision Manager UI Enhancements
Users can now filter Instant Decision Manager models by Customer and Credit Term. Users can then choose to export the models.
Navigation: Account Settings > Credit Policy > IDM
Once filtered, the data associated with each model can be exported.
Models can be printed in a visually appealing format that can be understood by company leadership and other key stakeholders.

8. Currency Conversion Table for AR
AR users can now access multiple forms of currency at the business group level.
Users can access and maintain this table manually.
To Access the Currency Conversion Table, please reach out to your Platform Services Specialist to enable the multicurrency package.
